We are hiring for a part-time maintenance position at our small motel in south lake tahoe. Looking for someone who lives nearby and can be available for emergency maintenance issues on top of a consistent part-time schedule (can be flexible on days and times).
Work to include:
- Janitorial (trash, sweeping, common area cleaning up)
- Repairs of fixtures, appliances, etc
- Light plumbing based on capabilities
- Installation of new equipment (door locks, mirrors, vanities, etc)
Must be able to handle the maintenance demands required for day to day operation of an older hospitaility property.
