California Harvest Company is now hiring for master grower needed for crop growing operation.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring conditions, identifying crop issues and proper care of indoor and outdoor plants.
Maintenance around property
Feeding synthetic and organic nutrients to crops.
Treating the soil.
Perform related duties and projects per management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Building raised beds
Familiar with irrigation systems
Supercrop, top, and trellis plants
Experience in growing crops (outdoor is a must/indoor is bonus)
Must demonstrate time management and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Must have the ability to follow directions and work independently
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time in and outdoor and in some cases extreme heat.
Must be able to walk, run, bend, reach and lift 10lb-50lb daily.
Hardworking & labor intensive
Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years experience growing
Must have reliable 4x4 vehicle
Must be 18+
Hiring ASAP
Paid biweekly salary in cash
