Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prep metal materials for powder coating, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Construct custom boxes for shipping products, ensuring secure packaging for safe transit.
Manage work orders efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. with relative ease.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
