Under the general direction of a Lead or Supervisor, the Seasonal Production Associate will perform routine responsibilities in an area of production and/or fulfillment to meet daily production goals and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment and shipment of all customer orders. Seasonal Associates may be asked to move in any position in the facility during their time on assignment and must be flexible and able to perform the primary functions of the production operation, including but not limited to quality inspection, production, packaging and fulfillment of orders, while maintaining a high level of quality and focus on the customer. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing this job, the employee will be working in a warehouse environment. This role may be exposed to the following: heavy machinery, dust, noise, frequent and sustained walking, bending and/or standing for prolonged periods of time, lifting up to 20 lbs and repetitive activities, including but not limited to, pulling, pushing, grabbing and repetitious hand motions in a cooler environment.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer
