The Opportunity:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing, Events, and Outreach Coordinator to elevate our organization's visibility and amplify our impact. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday in person, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about making a tangible difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Food Bank's mission, programs, and events. Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, and other communication channels.
Donor Management: Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the impact of their contributions.
Event Planning: Plan and execute fundraising events, community outreach activities, and volunteer appreciation gatherings.
Social Media Management: Maintain a strong social media presence, engaging with followers, creating compelling content, and growing our online community.
Volunteer Coordination: Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities.
Team Support: Assist with various tasks as needed to support the Food Bank team.
Qualifications:
Experience: In marketing, communications, event planning, and donor relations, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and engaging content that inspires action.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with donor management software, social media platforms, marketing tools, and design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), Google suite and Microsoft Office.
Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to shift gears quickly and easily, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Capabilities: Must be in good physical condition, able to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and lift and carry 25+ pounds repeatedly.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
