DESCRIPTION
An immediate full-time position is open for a Marketing and Graphics Coordinator to assist the marketing and business development team related to proposals, graphics, communications, advertising, and social media. Candidates must be professional, motivated, and able to manage varying levels of tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the marketing and business development leadership team with the following:
o Provide design and graphics support for all marketing collateral
o Coordinate production of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
o Assist with CRM database management
o Maintain vendor relationships including photographers, copywriters and other consultants related to marketing materials
o Assist with social media calendar, graphics, and content for posts
o Oversee organization of marketing and business development file structure
o Quality assurance and quality control of marketing materials/technical documents
o Maintain the JKAE brand throughout all deliverables
o General administrative tasks related to marketing and business development
QUALIFICATIONS
o 3-5 years’ experience directly related to a marketing coordinator and/or graphic designer role
o Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign
o Proficient in MS Office
o Creative writing skills a plus
o Adapt to changing situations on a daily basis
o Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
o Exceptional organizational skills
o Support experience in the architecture/construction industry preferred
o Experience with photography and/or video production a plus

$58,000 - $83,000 Annually
Actual offered salary for this position varies, depending on candidate’s qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. Salary range listed does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.
