Position Overview:
We're seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend sales expertise with a flair for online marketing. The ideal candidate will exude a friendly demeanor while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through our current funnels as well as proactive outreach, relationship-building, and maintaining a deep understanding of our yurt offerings and innovations.
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, drive conversions, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Manage and grow our email subscriber list while ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Owner + General Manager to create compelling content for email + social media campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and strategies, including segmentation, automation, and campaign analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for craftsmanship, simple living, and a genuine interest in our yurt products.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the home design, eco-living, or sustainable products industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Photography + Video Skills.
