What You'll Do:
As our Executive Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our community. Your responsibilities will include:
Grant Development & Fundraising: Drive initiatives to secure funding that supports our mission.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with regional organizations and community members.
Leadership: Supervise staff and collaborate with a dedicated board of directors.
Project Development: Identify and develop new projects that align with community needs and aspirations.

Supporting sustainable local economic activities.
Engaging in vital programs such as fire protection, school readiness, youth enrichment, and more.

What We Offer:
Starting Salary: $32,500 to $45,000, based on qualifications and experience.
Flexible Time Commitment: At minimum 25 hours per week, allowing for a work-life balance.
Supportive Environment: Work closely with an enthusiastic team of board members and community advocates.
