Want to get away from the city? We are a fast-growing diesel repair shop in the foothills with a shop in Applegate, CA. We are looking for an automotive receptionist to assist in our fast-paced office.
Owner operated since 1997, G & T Truck Repair is known for doing exceptional work, repairing and maintaining trucks and trailers for a number of companies from around the region. We know it's not just the truckers and trucking companies that depend on us. With that in mind, there is no room for average work here. We strive to be the best and do the best work, period.
We are looking for someone who:
Is motivated and ambitious
Has great customer service skills
Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Can manage multiple projects
Has excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills
Can answer calls and greet customers in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner
Can receive, process and input incoming sales invoices and estimates
Can perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and inventory
Will build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and the public
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Clean, valid driver’s license required
Previous experience in a similar position
Highly professional and dependable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Detail-oriented and good with numbers
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong computer and internet skills
Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
