Our Company is seeking a full time Office Assistant. Our candidate will need to be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answering multi-line phones in a professional manner.
Highly Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks.
Experience in A/P, A/R data entry.
Self-Starter be able to stay productive with minimal supervision.
Working as a team with other office staff and technicians.
Filing
General office supply ordering.
