Local, family-owned contractor looking for an experienced office manager. Needs to be an energetic, self-starter with a desire to grow with us. Our office is located in Colfax.
Minimum Desired Skills:
Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze the reliability of information
Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems
Ability to learn proprietary software for customer database, estimating, scheduling and invoicing

Accuracy and attention to detail
Supply management and inventory control
Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette, and the ability to diffuse tense situations

Event planning and coordination
Work hours: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
