Local property owner has rentals and other business in the Placerville / Camino area.
This job can be split between office and remote. Good people skills and friendly demeanor important for interacting with prospective and current tenants. Some light maintenance tasks and groundskeeping is part of the jobhelping to keep the rental properties looking good. Plus showing apartments, helping with turnovers when tenants move out and handling tenant requests, dispatching repair persons, etc.
Starting hours will be 2 days per week, plus on-call telephone and site visit tasks. Work hours are flexible in order to mesh with your schedule.
Starting pay is $20 / hr.
Previous experience would be great but we will train. Ability to work on the computer is essential, along with experience making spreadsheets, scanning and printing out documents, filling out rental forms.
