Job Description
As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our residents and their property. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring: Patrol the community regularly to ensure the safety of residents and guests.
Access Control: Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and report them to the appropriate authorities.
Surveillance: Utilize security cameras and other technology to monitor activities and deter potential threats.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents and guests, addressing their concerns and inquiries professionally.
Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service preferred but not required.
Familiarity with security systems and surveillance equipment.
Certifications:
Security guard license and certification
Driver’s License with clean MVR (for driving positions only)

Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact positively with residents, guests, and staff.
Ability to use smartphones and computers for data entry and retrieval.
