Quility.com and McCartney Insurance Agency are looking for motivated producers to join our company as a Life Insurance Agent. No experience is required, we provide you all the training and support you need. Unlike other Agencies we do not require our Agents to report to an office, attend meetings, pay office rent, hit sales quotas, or produce a list of all your friends and family to sell to. We allow you the freedom to build your book of business in your own way, and at your own pace.
Insurance Agent Requirements:
Currently have State of CA Life Insurance License, or desire to become licensed.
Must have current E&O coverage, new Agents can purchase for about $33 per mo.
Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
Texting, Calling, and Working Leads to Build Your Client List
Asking for referrals and leads to build your book of business
Offer insurance information and recommendations to clients and prospects
Providing Ongoing Service to Current Clients
Position Benefits:
Unlimited Commissions, No cap on pay – Industry leading commission schedule

Compensation:

1099 Pay
Average first year agents make over $100,000, top Agents making 7 figures annually
Experience:
Sales and Marketing Experience Preferred, but not Required
Bilingual is a plus
License:
Health and Life License is Preferred, however we can help unlicensed candidates through the process of getting licensed
