I have an awesome healing space to share with another health Practitioner
I opened the Gentle Dragon Massage in Penn Valley May 9th in the Wildwood Center facing the Holiday Market, across from the main gate of Lake Wildwood. It is a really lovely space a little over 600 square feet. There is an art/retail/ area in front.
My treatment space in the front is all set up & could be shared. There is also a private room in the back that I freshly painted & aired out before opening that is currently completely empty. I could furnish - decorate it partly or completely or you can make it completely your own. There is a sink and large storage space. It stays nice and cool but has air & heat and in a peaceful location.
I have been a Massage Therapist for over 22 years with a thriving practice on the Oregon Coast where I just moved here from. I go back approximately 10 days each month to see clients there and I am growing my practice here. I am looking for another Massage Therapist or another complimentary Practitioner to share my space with. $350. includes all utilities. + $300. deposit either month to month or ideally long term.
You would be an Independent Contractor & need to have all applicable licensing & insurance current & up to date. In charge of bringing your own clients/patients. (I will be able to bring in some for another massage therapist; couples etc once I am more established)
