Residential work through winter months into summer.
Must:
Have Common Sense
Be Able and Willing
Follow Direction, this isn’t your job to recreate operational plans.
Have Reliable Transportation
Be able to follow through with tasks at hand.
Do not need experience. But any trade experience is a plus.
If you drink heavy or use drugs, kick rocks.
Be humble as you apply. Tired of hearing what individuals can do as it rarely shows.
Pay is not negotiable. It’s fairly priced for reason.
Pay is starting at $25/Hr for Laborer.
$32/Hr for Builder. If you can out build me, we can negotiate.
$3.00/Hr Raise on Jan 1 if work/personality shows.
$3.00/Hr Raise on Feb 15 if still showing your worth.
