Description:
We are a growing landscaping and excavation company in the Lake Tahoe area, looking to hire the best, most reliable team members in the region. This is a seasonal position (6–7 months per year) with potential for long-term employment as we expand.
We are seeking hardworking, honest, and dependable Equipment Operators who can commute daily to job sites.
Responsibilities:
Operate mini excavators, skid steers, trailers, and trucks
Work on landscaping projects including:
Grading & excavation
Pavers & patios
Lawns & planting
Irrigation systems
Support the crew and foreman as a laborer when not operating equipment
Help maintain equipment and clean job sites
Requirements:
Experience operating landscaping equipment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to follow direction
Previous landscaping experience is a plus
Preferred:
Masonry experience (eligible for higher pay)
