Experienced Carpenter Needed –
We’re not your average builder and we’re not looking for your average carpenter. If you know your way around all phases of new custom homes and creative renovations, take pride in your work, and don’t cut corners then we want to hear from you.
We’re searching for a skilled, reliable, and versatile carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone who can confidently handle everything from rough framing to fine finish work, with professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience in custom home building and detailed renovation work
Proficiency in:
Wood framing (walls, floors, roofs)
Concrete forming (footings, stem walls, slabs)
Structural and finish carpentry
Interior and exterior trim work
Window and door installation (including retrofits)
Building envelope and weatherproofing details (siding and substrate)
Reading/interpreting construction plans
Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently or as part of a crew
Strong work ethic and commitment to doing things right the first time
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
