Key Responsibilities
Frame walls, floors, and roofs.
Layout, form, and pour concrete foundations.
Install exterior finishes (siding, trim, doors, windows, decks).
Perform finish carpentry (cabinets, moldings, decking).
Execute blueprint and construction plan requirements.
Conduct safe demolition for remodels.
Ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Technical Skills
Advanced framing methods.
Precise measurement and cutting.
Structural framework construction.
Roof cutting and deck installation.
Stair layout and fabrication.
Concrete form building.
Mastery of power and hand tools.
Professional Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of journeyman carpentry experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comprehensive portfolio of past work.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
