I am in need of a highly experienced remodel carpenter who can work on their own to finish a project. I'm not looking for somebody green. Must be proficient in all areas in the current codes and techniques.
I work on ADU's, additions, kitchen and bath remodels. I will be building new homes in the near future if the economy stays up.
Duties and knowledge in the following.
Blueprint reading.
Framing. Floors, walls, trusses.
Finish carpentry. Doors and trim.
Wood and LVP flooring.
Dry rot repair.
Cabinet install and building flat pack.
Some form work for small footings.
Electrical.
Plumbing.
Painting.
Sheetrock.
Tile. Showers, tub surround, floor, and backsplash.
Siding. T1-11, cottage, Hardi.
Insulation. Attic, floor, walls.
