RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service
Follow OSHA safety and code requirement protocol
Lead residential and commercial projects – new and remodel
Replace and upgrade electrical service panels
Install back-up generators – both automatic and manual
Troubleshoot electrical issues; evaluate alternatives and propose solutions
Complete required paperwork (time sheets, service orders, change orders)
Participate in safety meetings
Provide mentoring and instruction to less experienced/apprentice team members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equal with 2 years of hands-on Journeyperson or equivalent field experience
Good communication skills with ability to follow direction and company procedures
Collaborating well within a team
Responsible and can be consistently relied upon to do what you say
Self-motivated and taking pride in your work
Competent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable transportation to/from work
Must have most required tools - hand tools, battery-powered tools (drivers, sawzall, multi tool, etc.)
Physically able to lift, carry, climb, crawl and work in small spaces
Pass a background check and drug test
Clean driving record
Professional appearance
SCHEDULE / HOURS:
Monday – Friday 8 hrs/day + overtime based on workload
