We are looking for a Full time maintenance tech for a large age qualified mobile home park.
Job Description/duties
- Leaf blowing, mowing and weed eating common areas
- Maintaining a septic plant
- Inspecting tools and facilities for issues
- Turnover of vacant apartments
- Minor plumbing and electrical work
- Handling work orders in a timely manner
- Painting
- Reading and logging utility meters monthly
- Light auditing
- Maintaining and cleaning clubhouse building
- Corresponding with contractors working on the property to ensure work is done properly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work space.
Must:
- Have maintenance/property management experience.
- Be a self starter.
- Have transportation.
- Have great customer service skills.
- Be willing to work around strong smells and hazardous materials such as septic waste, pond treatment chemicals and weed killer.
Preferred:
- Certifications of any kind.
- Painting experience.
- Leadership experience
- Plumbing and electrical experience.
STARTING PAY - $20 - $25/hour DOE
