Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paint & Auto Body Foreman to lead our collision repair and refinishing operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background across all aspects of auto body repair—from frame and structural work to prep, paint, and finishing. This role requires hands-on technical ability as well as leadership skills to oversee workflow, maintain quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the paint and body shop, ensuring efficiency and high-quality results
Perform and guide repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, body filler, sanding, priming, and refinishing
Match, mix, and apply automotive paints with precision
Supervise and mentor technicians, delegating tasks to maximize productivity
Conduct inspections throughout the repair process to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Collaborate with estimators, insurance adjusters, and customers to clarify repair plans
Manage workflow to meet deadlines without compromising craftsmanship
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Stay current with industry techniques, tools, and products
Requirements
5+ years of professional auto body and paint experience (foreman or lead tech experience preferred)
Broad skill set covering frame work, body repair, prep, paint, and finishing
Strong knowledge of refinishing techniques, paint systems, and blending
Ability to read and follow repair estimates and technical manuals
Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license required
