Handyman / apartment maintenance and grounds position 15 hours per week to start. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock, and yard care skills. Housing for one person might be possible. Family-owned business operates rental units in Placerville, Camino, Pollock, and a few in Sacramento area. If you've done maintenance at apartment complexes in the past, all the better. We have a mix of apartments and houses. We also do on-going fuels reduction in our forested areas, burns piles, etc., depending on fire season.
