Our projects include new home construction, remodels, decks, and light commercial builds. Our crew handles everything from foundation through finish, and we’re looking to add a few highly skilled, dependable individuals to join our team.
About the Role
We’re seeking experienced tradespeople who take pride in quality craftsmanship and work well in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want consistent work with a company that values reliability, respect, and work-life balance.
Our crew currently averages around 32 hours per week, but there’s a full 40 hours (or more) available to those who are motivated, proactive, and self-starting.
Licensed contractors are welcome to apply, provided they are properly insured and bonded. However, candidates must be in a position to fully commit to our team — this is not a fill-in opportunity between your own jobs.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in residential or commercial construction
Strong skills in one or more areas: framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, or general construction
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Professional attitude — leave the ego at home
Flexible and understanding that everyone has family and obligations outside of work
Nicotine-free individuals only (no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco)
No drug use permitted while on the job, including any legally prescribed or recreational substances that could impair performance or safety
