We manufacture high-quality microphones. We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Soldering & Assembly technician to join our production team.
Our Part-Time position involves precise soldering work along with general assembly tasks. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, and can follow exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform through-hole and surface mount (SMD) soldering on small electronic components
- Assemble microphone components according to written and visual specifications.
- Measure, cut and prepare wires to exact lengths.
- Trim vinyl and other material for assembly.
- Work under a microscope when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of soldering experience (through-hole and SMD required)
- 5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and specifications.
- Steady hands and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and ability to work independently.
Work Environment:
- Small, quiet production environment.
- Hands-on, precision- focused work.
- Collaborative team with consistent hours.
Hourly Pay - $20.00/per hour
Job hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - 3 days per week (Tues, Weds, Thurs). There will be a 90 day probation period, after which, we can discuss a flexible hour schedule if needed.
