We perform repair and maintenance on vintage and classic BMWs, museum quality restorations for clients worldwide and lots of machine shop repairs for both home mechanics and other BMW shops nationwide. Whether you are an apprentice mechanic or an expert Airhead mechanic, a skilled bodyman/painter, or a machinist, we ask only that you come filled with passion for vintage motorcycles, a dedication to quality results, and the ability to always leave things a bit better than you found them. Full or part time.
We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:
Assistant/Delivery Driver - must have a clean driving record, and be an excellent driver, be physically able to clean and detail a bike and load it on a trailer, part time
Mechanic - full or part timeBMW Airhead experience pays big. Come join our low stress environment and let's have some fun fixing BMWs!
Machinist - part time - we have a few jobs we do on a regular basis: cylinder head restoration (replacement of seats, guides, repair of exhaust threads); precision OD grinding; press-fit roller bearing crankshaft repair, cylinder boring and honing, other interesting repairs and custom fabrication

If you like old-school motorcycle shops that are slightly quirky and EXTREMELY particular about quality workshops firmly stuck in the '60's and '70's and you are passionate about old machines you will fit right in.
Our shop is located on Hwy 4, a few miles northeast of Murphys CA. It is heated and air conditioned and there is plenty of parking.
