Opening for a certified Flux core welder. A candidate should be able to read drawings, and create the correct product accordingly. A qualified candidate will be able to cut steel plates and steel beams according to measurements and basic mathematical skills are required. You must have a valid drivers license and be willing to operate heavy machinery in accordance with our safety regulations. Our shop is in Grass Valley, where we spend most of the time fabricating, and once the steel is fabricated, we all go out in the field and erect it, how ever long it takes. Our jobs are anywhere from Lake Tahoe down to the Bay Area, the company pays for the hotel stays. The hourly pay all depends on your ability, knowledge, and responsibilities. depending on how we assess you over a month period. No one is above anyone else here, and everyone is expected to help by contributing to the integrity of the company, whether it is structural fabrication or cleaning up around the shop. Also open to a young man willing to learn the trade, but you have to have some knowledge, and be able to clearly understand a measuring tape ! ( absolutely no drug/ alcohol or messing around will be tolerated ! ).
