The Administrative Analyst, Systems - ERP is responsible for supporting the administration, change control, and deployment of customizations withing our Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. The role is idea for an Epicor generalist who thrives on reducing support tickets through proactive problem-solving and process improvement. The analyst will work closely with the ERP team, and cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and smooth transitions from test to production environments.
