Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Tech Support Specialist in HAMMOND RANCH, California. In this role, you will be required to provide Tier 1 support to our customers, ensuring the swift resolution of any technical issues they may be experiencing. You will need to be highly organized and meticulous, as you will be responsible for maintaining customer records and processing applications. Responsibilities: Address and resolve customer technical issues promptly and effectively. Offer Tier 1 support to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Accurately process customer applications. Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records. Monitor customer accounts and respond appropriately to any issues.
