Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor
Location: Coalinga, CA, just off I-5. 30 minutes from Lemoore, 12 minutes from downtown Coalinga
Job Type: 20 to 40 hours per week
Hours: 5 days a week
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Park Operations: Oversee day-to-day park activities, including reservations, check-ins/outs, and maintenance coordination.
Staff Supervision: Manage and support park employees to maintain high service standards.
Marketing & Occupancy: Promote the park to maintain high occupancy levels through advertising and guest retention strategies.
Administrative Duties: Handle financial transactions, reports, and office operations.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure park policies, safety regulations, and health codes are followed.
Reporting: Regularly communicate updates and concerns to upper management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or property management preferred.
Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Proficiency in office software and reservation systems.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary $21 per hour
