Our crew specializes in residential and light commercial framing, with a strong reputation for precision, speed, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of framing experience, a full set of hand tools and a reliable tool belt, and dependable transportation to and from job sites. You should be confident with all aspects of wall framing, layout, and reading basic plans. The right individual will also have a solid understanding of safety protocols, be able to work efficiently with others, and maintain a clean and organized work area. We expect our team members to bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and improve with every project.
As part of our crew, you’ll be responsible for assisting in all stages of the framing process, including wall layout, sheathing, setting trusses, and ensuring all work meets our high standards of accuracy and safety. We work on a variety of projects, so adaptability and problem-solving skills are highly valued. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you should be able to follow direction, stay productive, and deliver consistent, high-quality results. Attention to detail is crucial — our reputation is built on the quality of our workmanship, and we take pride in every structure we complete.
We offer a steady schedule and fair pay, with payment made twice a month — on the 15th and at the end of each month, without fail. We understand the importance of reliability and consistency when it comes to both work and pay.
