With a remarkable safety record — most of our production facilities have gone over 20 years without a lost-time incident — Tessenderlo Kerley is where your commitment to safety and quality will be celebrated and rewarded.If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to a legacy of excellence, come be a part of our journey toward sustaining a safer and more innovative future!The starting hourly pay for a Loader at our Hanford site is: $28.41 Responsibilities:Load and unload trucks, railcars and totes in accordance with Tessenderlo Kerley policy and OSHA, BOE, EPA, HM-126 and DOT regulations.Contain, clean up, package and label Hazardous Waste according to HAZWOPER training and OSHA, EPA, RCRA, HM-126 and DOT regulations.Complete and sign Bill of Ladings and other paperwork associated with the loading and unloading process. Obtain samples of trucks and railcars loaded.Participate in the plant safety program, including presenting and attending required safety meetings, reporting potential hazards, and performing monthly safety inspections.Routinely inspect vessels and equipment to prevent equipment failure or damage.Maintain plant property in a clean and orderly fashion.Assist in plant projects, including maintenance, turnaround, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), piping, flushing and confined space entries.Implement an emergency response plan and assist in the mitigation of emergency situations.Fill out work permits, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) permits and work orders.Handle and operate site equipment (vehicles) - Trackmobile, manlift, scissor lift and forklift.Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management.
