Located in Traver, California, BEST Agri-Marketing, Inc. is a San Joaquin Valley leader in marketing and merchandising feed products and services to dairy farms in Central California, helping dairy producers maximize profitability.
People are our greatest asset. BEST Ag Field Service Technicians work both in our shop and on-site with our dairy farm customers. Duties will vary by season and include operating and maintaining equipment, vehicle deliveries, warehouse inventory control, and general operations labor duties.

BEST Ag Field Service Technicians responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Evening & weekend work/on-call during corn & wheat seasons
- Driving product delivery trucks to/from dairy farms
- Loading and unloading products operating a forklift
- Delivering/Operating/Assembling/Disassembling dairy farm equipment
- Maintaining vehicles and equipment
- General warehouse duties
- Inventory control
BEST Ag Field Service Technicians MUST have:
- A DMV Report that meets BEST Ag & BEST Ag Insurance carrier requirements
- Mechanical experience
- Ability to safely operate basic equipment (forklift, flatbed trucks, on-farm equipment)
- Basic math problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 60 pounds on occasion
- Ability to take/follow directions while working both independently and in a team setting
- Pleasant and professional appearance and attitude
- Clear written and verbal communication (Bi-Lingual a PLUS!)
