Description
You will make an immediate impact as an active member of a diverse Quality Assurance team to ensure our customers enjoy the highest quality beef products from the Central Valley’s premier Family Owned Business.
You show up, we’ll provide the training – no experience necessary, just be reliable (attendance)
o We’d love it if you have prior QA experience, but it is not required.
You will perform activity monitoring, troubleshooting, and data collection verifying the Food Safety and quality assurance.
Quality Assurance Systems are functioning as designed.
o HACCP
o GMP
o SSOP
o Employee Safety Procedures

Position Requirements:
Depending on the position, you may work in temperatures around 40°F for 8+ hours with the need to perform physically intense activities and/or exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
