Front Office Administrative Receptionist
Well established company in Hanford California seeking receptionist with organizational skills and a solid understanding of time management. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The correct individual will be personable and able to interact with our customer base. Greet each person as they enter, make them feel welcome and manage the allotted time with each customer. Previous office experience is a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
ï Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
ï Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
ï Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
ï Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
ï Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
ï Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
ï Maintain customer base lists and generate reports from software as needed
ï Assist the owner in coordinating reports to reflect activity of the business
ï Apply payments in software for monies generated
ï Schedule appointments
ï Work closely with the owner and others to establish relationships with the public

Education:
ï High School Diploma
ï College degree preferred but not necessary
