Accounts Payable Specialist duties include assisting Construction and Property Management with reconciling monthly vendor statements, verify invoices, process checks, accurately job cost and perform data entry for multiple jobs.
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience with AP and data entry, proficient with Excel, 10 key. Must be well organized, have the ability to meet deadlines, strong communication skills, reliable attendance, willing to learn, work diligently and independently and have a pleasant team-oriented disposition.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in accounting and competence in financial and bookkeeping software. Prior knowledge/use of Sage Contractor and Rent Manager Xi is a plus.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, with benefits available including vacation, sick time, health, life insurance and retirement plan.
