We have two temporary, full-time opportunities for Member Services Specialists who enjoy assisting others as part of our teams. One position is expected to last until March 2024 and the other until June 2024. As this is a relief position requiring flexibility and independence, may be assigned to various departments and at outlying locations and must be able to work weekends/evenings. Duties may include member services, new accounts, and member support center functions. Thorough knowledge of financial institution service including new accounts, security practices, closing procedures, and proofing preferred. Starting salary up to $25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Salary range is $18.85 – $30.76/hour, and depending on experience, could be filled at a MSS I, MSS II, or Senior MSS level with a higher salary range.
