We currently seek an administrative professional to support our Environmental Services Area in our Eureka office.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the completion of various administrative tasks to support a technical team. Our department conducts engineering and geologic-related projects that are driven by regulatory guidelines and industry policies. This position provides administrative support to multiple project managers and their project teams requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to workload priorities. The role requires application of process knowledge to think and work with details in an organized, prioritized fashion. The Administrative Coordinator will become familiar with permit requirements and regulations most commonly associated with engineered environments. It is expected that this person will respect and embody the values of SHN and positively contribute to the culture of SHN.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A GED certificate
Three (3) years of office-based or relevant administrative experience
Strong organizational skills to track multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communications and interpersonal skills for co-worker and client relationships
Ability to collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems
Proficiency with industry-standard computer software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and engaging through web portals with vendors/clients
Systems thinking skills
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving clearance
PREFERRED
A Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration or a related field
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Wage range is approximately $24.00 - 28.00/hour, 40 hours/week anticipated
