Some Duties Include:
Greet customers cordially and promptly upon entering the office
Answer phones with a smile
Make appointments, creating the optimum schedule
Enter customer data; maintain accurate and precise customer records
Generate work orders and estimates with symptoms, needs, expectations
Communicate with Department Heads and Shop Foreman in order to maximize productivity and meet customers’
expectations.
Keep apprised of status of jobs and the shop flow throughout the day
Keep coffee bar clean and well stocked
Ensure waiting area and restrooms clean and well stocked
Maintain a friendly, yet professional atmosphere at the front counter
Maintain a balanced cash drawer
Closes the business day by reconciling credit card machine and cash drawer
Maintain office supplies and designated shop supplies.
