Hospice of Humboldt is now hiring for a part-time (19 hours a week) Clerk for the Hospice thrift store in Arcata.
Must be able to work Saturdays

The Hospice Shop Clerk provides the Hospice Shop Manager with support in the day-to-day operations of the thrift shop. Responsible for the opening and closing of the store as needed, sorting donations, keeping the shop organized and clean, merchandising the sales floor, and operating the cash register.
Minimum Qualifications are as follows:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. One year experience working with the general public, preferably in retail and using a cash register.
3. Experience working independently, and with others, including volunteers and staff.
4. Highly organized and efficient self-starter who can establish priorities.
5. Team player who is flexible.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. Valid driver’s license, proof of acceptable automobile insurance coverage, and reliable transportation as specified by Hospice of Humboldt’s policies
