We have two regular, full-time positions in our phone Support Center in McKinleyville with a Monday – Friday schedule. Our Member Support Center team has a vast amount of knowledge about CCCU products and services and is a key channel for our relationship with members. Under limited supervision, reps provide assistance by phone, including answering questions, processing transactions, cross-servicing products, and more. Also perform clerical functions, and assignments are rotated periodically. Detailed training provided. Knowledge of credit union services is preferred, and positivity, patience, and professionalism in interacting with members required. Starting salary is $20.68 – $33.82, depending on experience.
