Duties include:
- Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer all incoming service department telephones calls according to company policies and good telephone etiquette.
- Perform various clerical jobs as assigned by the service manager.
- Assist the service sales staff in contacting customers whose vehicles have been completed.
Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be 18 years of age, have a valid CA license, and clean driving record.
