Job Summary
This entry-level position works directly with students to advance their academic and individualized goals. The special education paraeducator provides direct and indirect instructional support to children within the classroom, home or community environments under the direction of the assigned teacher.
Requirements / Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid California Drivers License
DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance (fingerprints are completed upon hire)
Paraprofessional Certificate OR unofficial transcript with AA degree or 48+ college units completed
You must attend a mandatory in-person orientation, where you will complete your new-hire paperwork and other requirements. Once you register, an email will be sent to you letting you know what you need to bring to the orientation.
