We're a locally owned small organic centered cafe and coffee shop located in SunnyBrae! Currently looking for a baker to join our team, approximately 10-15 hours a week, with flexible days or hours dependent on applicant. Looking for someone who is a team player, efficient, self motivated, and exhibits positive communication.
Duties include but not limited to:
preparing and baking recipes by following a detailed recipe book
manage and communicate supplies and inventory for all baking
coordinate baking schedule to produce muffins, cookies, salads, granola, frittatas, etc.
daily food prep for cream cheeses, cutting turkey, assemble parfaits and salads
clear communication with manager and staff about ideas and needs
conduct research to develop original recipes for products
ensure all foods are labeled, dated, rotated, and stored properly
keep baking area clean and sanitary
wash, dry, and put away all dishes and cookware that used used for baking
