3 to 4 night shifts per week, must be available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (though occasional coverage may be available on these nights). Shifts generally start no earlier than 8 pm. For door shifts, you would be stationed at the door checking IDs, monitoring the outdoor seating area, and promptly bussing tables. Other shifts might include barback duties where you would need to circulate throughout the bar, outdoor area, and theatre, promptly bus and keep tables and bar clean, keep restrooms and cooler stocked, help keep up on dishes, change kegs, and help the bartender as needed with closing tabs etc (without taking orders from customers). Must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds, be on your feet for long periods, be able to learn how to tap kegs and check/change CO2 tanks, be able to sweep, mop, and follow written instructions on opening and closing checklists. Must be over 21.

Training wage starts at $16 per hour + tips while demonstrating an ability to complete job duties. Raises based on performance and reliability.
