We are currently seeking a Cafe & Retail Associate that cares for our customers as much as we care about our chocolate. This is a part time - seasonal position, weekday availability is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing change
Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
Take and process customer orders efficiently at the counter
Make cafe drinks accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare cafe food such as pastries, savory boards, yogurts, and ice cream.
Thrive in a fast-paced, loud, and high-volume environment
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks
Receive and apply constructive feedback in a positive manner
Show initiative in completing tasks and maintaining operational flow
Restock café and retail merchandise to ensure product availability
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times
Possess in-depth knowledge of company products and the chocolate-making process
Monitor customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Package food items appropriately for dine-in and takeout orders
Apply discounts, coupons, and loyalty rewards according to company policy
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner
