Looking for a self motivated, RELIABLE individual to cook in a small family restaurant.
Also, be mature enough to manage a fun yet professional and demanding atmosphere, be drama and addiction free, honest and reliable. Most importantly, you must truly enjoy your work and creativity with food. Must be willing to cover shifts from time to time if asked. Looking for someone who learns quickly, Has a great attitude, who can multi-task, and keep a cool head during a busy rush. Must be a Team Player.
Bartender-
*upbeat, with a positive attitude with self, guests and co-workers;
*can mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve bottled beer, wine and liquor according to Procedure / Saloon recipe specifications;
*works quickly, yet efficiently following Standard Operating Procedures;
*able to perform basic money transactions correctly;
*maintain a neat, clean and organized bar area.;
*are able to understand and follow written and verbal directions and instructions.
*are flexible as far as scheduling is concerned.
Duties will require you to prep and stock bar (e.g. juices, fruit), clean glassware, morning and after hours cleaning and other janitorial duties.
Applicants should be aware that working conditions include walking and standing for long periods of time, reaching, bending, stooping, lifting and wiping. Applicants must also be physically able to lift and move at least 40 lbs (the weight of an average liquor box)
