Mad River Kitchen is the new culinary entity at Mad River Brewery and we are looking to hire experienced cooks/chefs to help develop our vision. Open Wednesday through Sunday in beautiful Blue Lake we will be delivering locally inspired dishes that show case the bounty of Humboldt county. The new boutique marketplace feel will provide classic pub fair as well as high end ready to eat goods available in the taproom. If you like being part of a fun fasted-paced environment this could be a great fit for you. Pay rate starts at $18.00 an hour plus tip pooling.
