We are hiring cutomer focused FOH house staff person. We serve slices/whole pies, take special orders, make salads, buss tables, clean when it's slow, and do it with a great attitude.
Slice of Humboldt Pie currently have a Wednesday am shift, 10:30 - 4:30 or until 7pm depending on the need and also needs to be available the week of Graduation May 7th - 11th.
However, we will need help to cover shifts for people that are sick or another reasons (could be 10:30am - 4:30pm shifts or 4:30-8:30 shifts). More hours (8+) will be added in the end of April.
Must have:
- Managerial experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18
- Have experience in a fast paced restaurant/food service.
- Be upbeat, friendly and most importantlykind.
- You should be able to take iniative, multi-task, and an attention to detail.
- Have a sence of urgency
- Be able to communicate with your team and guests
- Have an eye for detail and cleanliness and know how to put the guest first.
- Know the menu, be able to describe menu items and sugguest other items.
- Please be available for a mix of am and pm shifts and be able to pick up shifts or switch shifts.
Please be able to stand up to 8hrs with breaks, be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to bend.
Must be available for Thanksgiving, Christmas and other special events, such as:
May – mid – Finals and HSU graduation
Labor Day weekend – Kinetic Race kick off
June – PRIDE and Oyster Fest
August – HSU Move in and HSU Start
November - Thanksgiving
December – Christmas
